We are located in Knoxville just 10 miles from downtown, and Interstates 40 and 75.

Immediately surrounded by TVA lakes, parks and campgrounds as well as within a 45 minute drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, our company is able to offer full service storage facilities to literally thousands of living and or vacationing within the southeast region.

We are a gated facility equipped with closed circuit cameras and a 24-hour office personnel on site. We offer a full service package including, but not limited to: free water hook-up, dumping facilities, and grocery pick-up. For a nominal fee, we provide an all point pre-trip inspection, fueling, maid service, wash and wax, and airport shuttle service.
